Although the selection of grapes, their ushering into the cellar, and the traditional methods, dating from thousands of years ago, have essentially been preserved, the new winemaking technologies are masterfully handled by internationally renowned oenologists, emphasizing the specific imprint of the Sarica Niculițel region.
