Sauvignon Blanc

For this wine made from Sauvignon Blanc grapes, fermentation and maturation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature were chosen to preserve the freshness and fragrant notes of the variety.
The wine has a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The aroma on the nose is reminiscent of elderflower, gooseberries and green pepper.
On the palate it is fine, elegant, fresh, aromatic and with a persistent aftertaste.

Alcohol: 12.5% by vol.

Ideal serving temperature: 8-10 °

Recommended Pairings:

Recommended for white meats, salads, pasta with white sauce.

A refined rosé, made from rigorously selected Dobruja grapes.
It is presented in a delicate pale pink color, the nose is fruity with enveloping notes of apricots and peaches.
The taste is fresh and elegant, and the fruity aromas, already detected in the aroma, are prolonged by a touch of slightly spicy cinnamon.

Ideal serving temperature: 8-10 °

Recommended Pairings:

Perfect for appetizers, white meats, salads. It is also excellent as an accompaniment to oriental dishes.

It presents a ruby ​​red color with violet reflections in the glass.
On the nose, it offers aromas of cherries and berries combined with notes of rose petals and violet and spicy notes of black pepper and vanilla.
The taste is soft and pleasant, supported by smooth tannins and a vibrant freshness, which persists in the finish.
