It comes from grapes cultivated on plots facing north, very close to the Danube and the lower Delta, which favors the feeling of minerality and accuracy of flavors. It is a fresh, crispy wine with a fragrance of white fruits, gooseberries, and apples with a discreet vegetal note. Aligote Princeps is an elegant, balanced wine with a medium+ aftertaste. It has a pale straw-yellow color, with bright greenish reflections. Aromatic notes of citrus fruits, vine flowers, and flint.

A blend whose color is reminiscent of Dobrujan setting sun. A complex, fine wine that is fragrantly enchanting: strawberries, grapefruit, nectarine, but also Japanese cherry blossoms. The taste is fresh, and tonic, with a complex structure and a long and balanced aftertaste.
