The taste of ripe white fruits and green apples is balanced by a high natural acidity. In the end, notes of citrus, wormwood, and chicory punctuate a balanced wine overflowing with freshness.

After 12 months of aging in second-use French oak barrels, the Cabernet Sauvignon exhibits a certain liveliness, with a tinge of opulence and a firm, variety-specific astringent finish.
