Aligoté is the flagship variety of the Niculițel vineyard. This wine features vegetable fragrances of freshly mowed grass and moist soil. The taste of ripe white fruits and green apples is balanced by a high natural acidity. In the end, notes of citrus, wormwood, and chicory punctuate a balanced wine overflowing with freshness.

An intense and fresh wine, initially dominated by fragrances of elderflower ultimately shifting to citrus fragrances, with traces of wood, vanilla, and acacia flowers. On the palate, it is explosive, with an acidity perfectly balanced by the well-defined body. Flavourful, with a prolonged aftertaste of exotic fruit, touches supported by lightly and elegantly barrel-aged notes.

After 12 months of aging in second-use French oak barrels, the Cabernet Sauvignon exhibits a certain liveliness, with a tinge of opulence and a firm, variety-specific astringent finish.

Red ruby wine with black cherry and currant fragrances and velvety notes of chocolate. Full and balanced taste with well-incorporated tannins, followed by a remarkable aftertaste.
