Bright straw yellow with fine perlage and very light and compact foam, fragrant nose with green fruits, citrus, white field flowers, but also pastries, due to the storage for approximately 6 months on the lees. The taste is fresh, with balanced acidity, sapid, mineral, persistent and elegant.
Alcohol: 12% by vol.
Ideal serving temperature: 8-10°

Sarica-Niculițel
This sparkling wine has the brilliant color of a rose petal. The foam is light with violet reflections, the perlage is fine, of medium intensity and with a good persistence. The aroma is that of violets, wild roses, golden apples and notes of sage.
The taste is harmonious and fresh, creamy with notes of raspberries, cranberries and sweet almonds.
Alcohol: 12% by vol.
