Chardonnay Barrique

Elegant Chardonnay with complex flower and citrus, ripe peach, vanilla, butter fragrances, and savory mineral touches. The process of blending the two Chardonnays, the one fermented in the tank and the one partially fermented in the barrel, is followed by the malolactic fermentation and the barrique battonage for 6 months and then by bottle-aging for at least 6 months.

Sauvignon Blanc Accacia
white, dry
The vivacity of this Sauvignon Blanc is balanced by subtle and elegant honey notes, provided by aging in 225-liter acacia barrels for 6 months. The batonage process on fine lees gives the wine a delicate unctuousness and a sustained aftertaste.

Aligoté
white, dry
Sarica-Niculițel
We are proud of this complex Aligoté, obtained from grapes from the best plantations, with delightful aromas of flowers, citrus, vanilla, almonds and an expressive minerality. After cold maceration and fermentation in stainless steel tanks, it was batonaged on fine lees and matured in 225 liter French oak barrels for another 6 months. It is a wine with very good aging potential.

Pinot Noir
red, dry
Sarica-Niculițel
Complex aromas of wild cherries, raspberries and cloves. With bright acidity and silky tannins in a wine of a light ruby-red color, obtained after prolonged maceration. The finish is long, smooth with touches of vanilla and Belgian milk chocolate.
