Colinele Dobrogei

The wine is fermented with yeast from spontaneous flora, being a successful attempt to highlight the special characteristics of the Dobrogea terroir. The limestone soil of the vineyard brings a distinct, elegant and mineral note, which blends perfectly with the aromas of the fruits – especially lime and gooseberry. It is a balanced wine, with pleasant acidity, a delicate unctuousness and a lingering taste of lime and pomelo.

The wine was obtained by using spontaneous flora in fermentation (wild yeasts developed by the grapes) and has a clear pale pink appearance, the color of the petals of sweet roses. It is a complex olfactory wine, fresh, light, in which the aroma of red fruits predominates. A very well balanced wine.
