Colinele Dobrogei
The wine is fermented with yeast from spontaneous flora, being a successful attempt to highlight the special characteristics of the Dobrogea terroir. The limestone soil of the vineyard brings a distinct, elegant and mineral note, which blends perfectly with the aromas of the fruits – especially lime and gooseberry. It is a balanced wine, with pleasant acidity, a delicate unctuousness and a lingering taste of lime and pomelo.
