Fetească Neagră & Merlot & Cabernet Sauvignon
Dealu Mare
It is half-matured in new barrels and expresses itself with floral and black fruit notes. Crushed black and red currants, plum sweetness, but also a hint of cedar or myrrh. Oxygenation in the glass reveals graphite notes. The nose is fresh, cool, but intense and complex. The palate is medium to full, with a solid column of round, fine-grained tannins, supported by vibrant red and black fruit acidity, with a long finish.

Recommended Pairings:
It can be excellently accompanied with game dishes, oven-baked steaks, or why not, a Moldovan tochitură. For dessert, it is perfect with a cozonac.
