Alb de Histria
Chardonnay
white, dry
Colinele Dobrogei
With a crystalline appearance, a golden yellow color with greenish reflections, this wine warns us that it is a young wine with sustained acidity. The floral and fruity notes make it perfect for the warm period of the year. It welcomes us with the fragrance of white wildflowers, mandarins, apricots, and nectarines. Fresh, with pleasant acidity, we find citrus and peach notes in the taste, with an addition of Mediterranean herbs.

Pinot Noir
Colinele Dobrogei
A wine with a pleasant color that reminds us of the skin of a ripe peach. We encounter that peach in the nose accompanied by May cherries and delicate aromas of iris flowers. It is not an intensely aromatic wine but on the contrary fine and elegant. The palate is supple and acidic with a slight tonic note of orange peel and a medium aftertaste. An ideal wine for salads, seafood and fruit-based desserts.

Obtained from grapes grown by the sea, the wine was created by fermenting the two varieties separately and searching for the perfect combination between the strong character of Fetestia Negre and the elegance of Merlot. Aged for 6 months in Romanian oak barriques, using a relatively low temperature for red wine fermentation (21 - 22 degrees C). The wine is characterized by fruitiness and elegance.
