A sunrise by the sea in all its splendor. Straw yellow color, crystalline and with a medium density. Intensely aromatic with notes that take us from white and yellow flowers, (sage and daffodils) to exotic yellow fruits (mango and papaya). Savory, balanced and harmonious, the acidity is counterbalanced by the ample body and the aftertaste is long.

Ideal serving temperature: 7-10 °

Recommended Pairings:

Mediterranean dishes, cheeses or salads, sea fish dishes.

Colinele Dobrogei

A sunset by the sea in all its splendor, a wine of intense pink. Aromatic, complex, elegant, it welcomes us with citrus notes of grapefruit, May cherries, strawberries and magnolia flowers. Fresh, refreshing with a pleasant acidity supported by the fruits found in the aroma, but with a delicate addition of lavender.

Colinele Dobrogei

Obtained from grapes grown by the sea, the wine was created by fermenting the two varieties separately and searching for the perfect combination between the strong character of Fetestia Negre and the elegance of Merlot. Aged for 6 months in Romanian oak barriques, using a relatively low temperature for red wine fermentation (21 - 22 degrees C). The wine is characterized by fruitiness and elegance.

Ideal serving temperature: 16-18 °

Recommended Pairings:

Red meat dishes, game, dried sausage platters, intensely flavored cheeses, lamb, baked duck.
