A delicate shade of bright pale pink hides fresh aromas of red fruits, especially pomegranate, strawberry and lychee, enriched with citrus touches towards the end. Fermentation at a controlled low temperature preserves the fresh aromas of the Bohotin Basil grapes, resulting in a tonic, fresh, crisp wine with elegant notes of rose sweetness, strawberries and a vegetal note of basil.

Recommended Pairings:
It is the ideal partner for light dishes, fresh cheeses, salads or seafood. For dessert, it is perfect with a cheesecake with strawberry topping or fruit tarts.
