The vine plots are located at an altitude of 180 - 200 m.
The exposure is southeast and the land is terraced with a width of 8-12 meters.

Climate
The climate is temperate-continental specific to the transition from steppe to steppe forest. Winters are generally cold with sudden temperature changes determined by cold air from the N-NE area. Hot days are a frequent occurrence during the summer, especially during July and August, usually exceeding the calendar period, especially at the expense of spring.
Average annual temperature: 11.6° C
Average summer temperature: 23.8° C

Annual rainfall: 500 - 550 mm

The soil
The soil where the plots are located is medium to heavily eroded reddish-brown loamy-viscous soil. The soil texture is characterized by a clay content of 19-25%, with good water retention and aeration of the root mass. There are also traces of calcium carbonate, with active limestone at depths of 0-60 cm, below 1%. This creates optimal conditions for high-quality wines.
