Summers have a high frequency of hot days, especially in July-August, with a longer period than the calendar period, at the expense of spring.
The soil
Brown, non-carbonate clay loam. The texture is clay-sandy, with a 30-32% clay content which increases the water retention capacity, an advantage in dry years.
