This wine reflects, first and foremost, a personal search for a Fetească Regală plantation that would offer the perfect type of grape. On one of the Dobrogei Hills, we found a hectare planted in 1983, a plantation with an average production of 4-5 tons. Using a 72-hour skin maceration, we extracted both flavors and a color of liquid honey. Fermentation with wild yeasts lasted 35 days, the wine requiring special attention.
