Sauvignon Blanc & Fetească

If initially in this wine we discover the aromas of elderflower and exotic fruits, they open up to citrus scents, with traces of wood and vanilla. On the palate, it is savory, with a perfectly balanced acidity by the well-defined body and a long aftertaste with touches of exotic fruits supported by the lightly and elegantly barrique notes (the wine was aged for 120 days in second-use barrels).

Alcohol: 12.5% by vol.

Ideal serving temperature: 10-12 °

Recommended Pairings:

Fatty fish dishes, citrus desserts, cheese and fruit platter.

Rosé wines have become very popular in recent years due to their taste and adaptability, regardless of the season and culinary pairing. This rosé made from Merlot and Syrah, whether tasted on a hot summer day, at dinner or at night in the club, in winter in front of the fireplace next to a grilled salmon is always a good choice.

An aromatic rosé in which we distinguish ripe red fruits (cherries, raspberries, etc.) and many floral notes. Pleasant acidity and a long aftertaste.

A young wine that surprises with its fine texture and the complexity of the aromas given by the two varieties in the blend.
The robust structure of the Cabernet is dressed with the fruitiness of the Merlot - a marriage with excellent long-term potential when paired with care. The jammy aromas and velvety softness of the Merlot blend perfectly with the spices and tannins of the Cabernet.
